On
September 7th the Milestone HOA
met. Below is a summary of the minutes.
·
The county sent out a letter in error
telling residents that they need to shovel the snow on the path between
Milestone Manor Lane and Emerald Drive. The HOA confirmed that this was
a
mistake and that residents were not responsible for this.
·
Flags being attached to the fire
hydrants were discussed but voted against.
·
It was suggested that the Milestone
community become more involved in Clarksburg Community events. After
conversation within the group it was stated that the there has been a
lack of
interested by the Milestone residents so no further exploration into
affiliating with Clarksburg community events will occur.
·
The 2011 draft budget will be sent out
to the community in order to acquire feedback.
·
It was discussed and voted that the
2011 Landscape Contract with Potomac Garden Center for $82,992 will
continue.
·
The Board discussed the 2011 Trash
Removal Contract with Potomac Disposal and it was approved. The 2011
Trash
Removal Contract with Potomac Disposal for $37,820.64 will remain in
effect.
·
The discussion of funbrellas at the
pools will be postponed until October.
