The diiference between agents

I'm sitting wondering why some agents continue to  to do lots of business and some agents struggle when the market gets slow like it is now. Could it be that some agents have referrals that keep them busy or that their pipeline is full. I know hard work has to be one of the reasons why they continue to prevail when times get tough. I think that they know what it takes to keep business going and continue to work to bring in new prospects, this is the difference between a top producer and an agents who struggles and get out of Real Estate.

One broker I use to work for would always say that the market never really slows down because houses are bought and sold everyday and someone is selling them. This will always stick in my head. I think that it is your attitude that makes all the difference. A positive attitude goes a long way.

I think referrals and personal connections are more of a force during down markets.
