Tired of the Specialty Coffee prices - Grow your own (Kona's Best!) - and its Legal. Old growth coffee farm, intermixed with Macadamia Nut trees, plenty of areas to build your home, private road - mostly paved to property, easy car access, Power is at lot above. Located in area that rarely has property available.
