Just trying a different marketing approach

Tired of the Specialty Coffee prices - Grow your own (Kona's Best!) - and its Legal. Old growth coffee farm, intermixed with Macadamia Nut trees, plenty of areas to build your home, private road - mostly paved to property, easy car access, Power is at lot above. Located in area that rarely has property available. Photos are taken 8/22/2007, as you can see, some trees are bent over and almost touching the ground, I dont think we could close on this, before this harvest, But you may be able to close, by the second harvest.
2 Sides of property border other Coffee farms, North side borders Bamboo Forest (great for coffee tree supports) and Mauka side has a home built above it.
Property does have a 16 foot easement across for 2 lots above.

Offered at $699,000 (3% csb)

Sounds interesting Lance.  Good luck with the marketing.  Love the picture - I actually didn't know that was how my coffee grows.

Thanks Joan

When I first moved here 7 years ago - I was surpirsed also. I thought, what are all these scrub trees growing all over Kona :) Now I think they are beautifull .

Lance - It sounds like a pretty good deal. I would love to move to Hawaii. I was just wondering is the crop produces enough to pay the mortgage on the property.

No - unfortunatly it wont pay the mortgage, it would just help defer some of the cost until you decide to build your home here!
