This is the first part of a three part series of homes in Vistancia, Peoria-Arizona. Let me start by explaining the community of Vistancia. It is a master-planned community in northwest Peoria. It is a family friendly community that is tucked away in the northwest valley of Phoenix and I love it! The homes in Vistancia are built by ten different builders with a handful of different floor plans each, so really no two houses are alike. The average homes in Vistancia have 4 BR/2 BA, but there are many variations outside of this norm.
Among the homes in Vistancia are semi-custom built homes and resort style (active adult) homes. These are within two communities in Vistancia: Blackstone at Vistancia and Trilogy at Vistancia. Most of the homes in Trilogy at Vistancia are 2 BR/2BA and the homes in Blackstone are typically larger homes on larger lots, but there is a luxury condominium product that Cachet Homes offered. Again, I will go into more detail on both of these areas in the other parts of this series; sorry for the teaser.
Homes in Vistancia were all built within the last five years. The development began in 2004, so most of the homes did not start until 2005. So if a newer home is what you are looking for then the homes in Vistancia may be just what you are looking for. With the average homes in Vistancia being 4BR/2BA, they are great for families. I don't know about yours, but we always seem to run out of room. The homes in Vistancia have a variety of different lot types to choose from as well. Lots with views of the mountains, lots with views of a natural desert wash, views of the Blackstone golf course, lots that view the walking trail that runs throughout the community, and lots with neighbors behind. You could choose a home that is close to the Mountain Vista Club or close to the mountains themselves.
