If we can salvage the economy, perhaps more people can PAY FOR AND CHOOSE their own health care providers. That is, however, a big "if." My main concern is the children (who have no choice), and the elderly (who so often run out of money after a lifetime of contribution.) I have many friends who cannot afford health insurance, and quite frankly, it scares me to death. Can we all just somehow compromise...is that even a possibility?

Missy, looks like this will go to the supreme court where they should hold up this ruling(I hope).

Can I get a whoo hoo....it's a start. The government should not be allowed to force us to buy anything.

Missy - Expect a lot more of this in the next year. Lets hope the healthcare plan gets tossed out by the supreme court before Obama comes up for reelection. It would be the last nail in the coffin.
