- Active Listings -772 Units - down slightly from October (784)
- Pending Sales -703 Units - Unchanged from October (703)
- Closed Sales -191 Units - down 13.2% from 11/2009
- Average Selling Price -$218,182 - Down 1.4% from 11/2009
- Average Days-On-Market (sold homes) - down 8 days this month to 63 days
- Average Dollars per Sq. Foot -$114.79
- Months of inventory - Up slightly to 4.1 from 4.0 in October
Of the 10 Cities that I watch closely, Fontana has the lowest proportion of "Standard Sale" closed transactions at 29.2%. "Bank Owned" sales represented only 36.2% and "Short Sales Are close behind at 34.6%.
