Mile High Fine Homes Parks & Recreation Series: Redstone Park in Highlands Ranch
If you are interested in Highlands Ranch, I would call Jeff and ask him about Redstone Park. What a lovely area that highlights the great aspects of Colorado!
Redstone Park is a very nice...very large park on the western end of Highlands Ranch. It is a park truly built for everyone....even your dog.
The park is located in Highlands Ranchon Town Center Dr...just east of Sante Fe...and west of Lucent. Here are some of the highlights the park has to offer:
1. Kid Bowls and Skateboard Shark Run...this is amazing...this is a great place for those who like to do board tricks...or even in-line skate fans.
2. Tennis...lighted courts and lots of leagues. You can reserve a court in season.
3. Batting Cages...a great place for your little ballplayers to become the next Todd Helton.
4. Shea Stadium...an incredible field that can host a big championship game.
5. A stocked fishing pond...the kids can catch a fish on a lazy summer day.
6. Playgrounds...great place for the little ones to blow off some steam...and hopefully get to bed early :)
7. Soccer, baseball, football fields...seasonal spots for the kids or adults to play.
8. Restrooms located trough the park...on a long day of games or play this is a big plus.
9. Meeting place/Recreation center
10. Location for the Turkey Day 5k Run for Highlands Ranch.
11. Dog Park...how great...let the kids play some ball while you let the dog run wild.
With these and many other activities Redstone Park is a real gem in Highlands Ranch, CO.
