Snow Again and Again and Again....

Snow Again and Again and Again....

This time around Rockland County NY got away a bit easier.  The snowstorm they promised only left a dumping of about 7-9 inches in Rockland  instead of the 12 -15 that we thought we might wind up with.  Since most of it was overnight and since it was light and powdery and easy to clear, we were in good shape - bearable even if it was our third storm in three weeks.

The roads here get cleaned in a timely manner, it's just the driveways and walkways that slow things down.  So, luckily it was a clear day, you can see the sun breaking thru the clouds. We got right to work with the help of our snowblower to clear our drive.

I'm wondering how our friends in Connecticut are doing.  They got hit with the worst of this one!!  Dagny, Ed, Andrea - I hope all of you made it through this one all right.

Lora - I know how cabin bound those of you who have been snow bound must feel.  Yet, the beauty it creates in your pictures, paint a picture that should be on postcards.  Truly beautiful!

Leah,

Look at that blowing snow. That makes me cold just looking at it. :)

Merl, Not minding home time.  I use it to catch up on paperwork and accounting.

Bob - I think that's only this season.  Beautiful but cold.

Melissa - Not more tired of it than I am.  But we still have a long way to go.

Steve - It's colder still when you're out in it.

Carol - Wow!  Glad it didn't hit us that bad. I've had more than enough snow to last for the year.  Where is spring?
