This is not Real Estate related, but I too still like to do a fun video once and a while. My son Chase, who is 7, makes his football predictions about todays NFC and AFC championship games. He expects very high scoring contest with the Packers winning 49-28 and the Steelers winning 39-28. I don't you will get those predictions anywhere else.

I have to disagree with you; it IS real estate related. How? Because football is played in a football stadium, which is real estate. And because all of those people live in houses, condos, and apartments, which is real estate. Certainly it is real estate related. In fact, if you want to create a nice, high-end niche market for yourself, cater to those sports stars if you’re lucky enough to have professional sports franchises in your city.
