Areas We Serve: |
Fort Hood Texas Area Real Estate Information SourceThere are a lot of exciting things happening around Fort Hood, Texas in the Real Estate Community. First, there are many of our service members that will still qualify to get a tax credit when they purchase a primary residence in Fort Hood, Texas. This means that a lot of our service members will be able to take advantage of this great incentive by the government until the end of April. We always recommend that our clients speak to their tax advisor first to verify that they know whether they qualify for the tax credit prior to writing a contract. Also, there are several new homes going into Skyline Ridge and Skyline Flats Subdivisions. These new homes in Copperas Cove are priced for quick sales!! Get your piece of Copperas Cove Real Estate from the 90's in Skyline Ridge, and from the 130's in Skyline Flats! Interest rates are still at record lows, especially with the Texas Veterans Land Board.
