I just wanted to remind all the Realtors and Stagers that the convention is coming up this week at the Drury Lane conference center in oakbrook, IL
It should be a great time and we have alot of great speakers and booths up this year.

I hope you make some great friends there and let the Realtors know the importance of Staging homes in the Midwest these days of a buyers market.
Staging Homes before they go on the market is really the way to go, But if they find the house they are trying to sell is not selling, The price of Staging a house is far less then the first price reduction and that means more money for both the agent and home owner!
Staging is not just out west anymore, it is becoming popular in the Midwest from all those TV shows and sites like this one here on AR, and if the Realtor offers home staging to their clients, they will have a leg up on their compation and sell their listing faster and for more money, It's proven every day from stagers who post here about their success and how much faster the listing sold.
