Charleston Door Knockers - Part II - Old, Unusual, Anitque Door Knockers - Video

Immediately after publishing the first video of "Door knockers in Charleston", I realized that I was'nt finished with the subject. More door knockers were spotted on my very next trip downtown Charleston. These door knockers are even more unusual than the door knockers in the first post. These door knockers were located in the very, very old part of Charleston which dates back to the 1700's.

I was sitting here looking at that photo, and thinking it has been a really long time since I have seen an honest to goodness genuine door knocker here in Sacramento. Everyone seems to have converted to door bells. It's kind of sad!

Surely there has got to be door knockers in Sacramento. Does Sacrament have a historic area ? I haven't thought of the idea that door knockers might be a thing of the past. Surely not....but you are probably right. since we are living in the electronic age. Thanks for comment.
