Many large companies and corporations pride themselves on having Atlanta, Georgia as their
headquarters. One of these corporation is Coca Cola Co. In Atlanta, Georgia - Coca Cola is
starting the process of relocating up to 600 workers to its 35-acre complex on North Avenue.
The transfers could come in waves during the next several years and reinvigorate the campus
and the surrounding areas with an influx of new white-collar jobs.
The relocations are linked to Coke's $13 billion acquisition of Coca Cola Enterprises, Inc.'s
North American operations, a deal completed last October.
They also coincide with Coke's $90 million modernization of its 1.8 million-square-foot campus,
including 1 Coca Cola Plaza, the most visible tower, with the iconic Coca-Cola logo across
the top. Our Atlanta Business Chronicle has complete information if you would like more details.
I have been fortunate to have worked with number of Coca Cola employees, their attorney's and
clients that moved to Atlanta, GA from Brazil, Australia and New Zealand. We love helping foreign
employees of large companies to relocate to our city.
We also pride ourselves on referrals with other real estate professionals nationwide and globally.
If you know of a company that would benefit having their headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia,
Johns Creek, GA, Suwanee, GA, Duluth, GA or Alpharetta, GA, please let us know and we can
assist them with locating a site, offices, or relocating their employees to the area.
Sincerely,
