Berkeley Heights, NJ Sales by Month and Year 2003-2010
Sellers may now be getting use to hearing the term “Buyers Market in Real Estate”. Looking back at home sales in Berkeley Heights since 2003 to 2010 the number of homes sold has decreased. Cultural centers such as NJ Performing Arts Center, major arenas like the Izod Center (formally Continental Arena), as well as an abundance of fun things to do in New Jersey that are close to or within 1 hour distance of Berkeley Heights and other Central NJ Suburbs.
Berkeley Heights in Union County is surrounded by other equally great communities such as New Providence, Summit, Long Hill, the Chathams, Watchung and Warren. Real Estate home sales prices continue to increase steadily in Berkeley Heights and Beyond.
