Fabulous by 50

By
Real Estate Agent with The Residential Group

Where did the time go? It seems as if it were only yesterday when I turned 40. I pledged I would give up the ways of my 30's and make myself into the best 50 year old I could possibly. (I had already given up on the 40's.) I swore I would eat right and exercise regularly to achieve that goal.

Being a Realtor, and knowing the value of maintaining one's property, I pledged to devote more time to home maintenance. I would clean on a schedule and gather all appliance documents to determine scheduled maintenance. I my friends had some lofty goals in mind.

I couldn't leave my family out of the equation, so I vowed to spend more time with my elementary school aged son and grandson, and on that note I did make some improvements. However I still have a long way to go, and a short time to get there. halloween boys

I have a little more than one year left to achieve my goals. It is going to take perserverance and the assistance of my family and friends, but if the Lord spares me for that long, it is still an achievable goal.

Time goes by so fast and it good to stop, reorganize your thoughts  and set your priorities in order.  It is a struggle, but we have to remember that it is the people in ourlives that are most important and taking careof ourselves physically is part of that equation!  Best of luck to you!
