Lincoln Ca. Bank Repo Danger!

I have recently found that my clients (whose home I had listed) fired me when they found out that I was promoting bank repos for my buyer's I was working with! I lost the listing after I had faithfully marketed their home. I had the home professionally staged(at my expense) I door knocked with post cards. I advertised on many popular websites. Faithfully held open houses every other week.

I tried all I could to educate them weekly on activity in their neighborhood.

How can they expect me to not help the buyer's I'm working with to find the best deal.??? Whether it is a bank repo or not? That is my duty. I owe that to my client to help them get the best possible deal.

Does that go against helping my seller sell their home? What do you think?  I felt I was still faithful to my Seller's.  The fact is that Foreclosures are going to have a huge impact on the market and I love to find the best deal I can for my client's.

If you are not going to consider that foreclosures are competition when selling your home, don't bother wasting anybody's time and money. I am going to be the agent that tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear! Does anyone REALLY WANT TO SELL their home? Let me know!  There is still plenty of activity happening right now. And you can have your home sold  QUICK! If you price it RIGHT!!!!!!!!   That's all it comes down to!
