this is a nice article i read about warren buffets projection that this is the year to get back into real estate

now he is the expert in business , i just think we still have a uphill battle with all the foreclosures on the

banks pipelines. but the outlook is good and maybe he is right . here is the link

Hello Raoul, although Warren is one of the most successful businessmen, I don't know if I agree that this year is THE year. Perhaps the end of the year may be a better statement. From everything that I've read, I believe that next year is THE year, but this year is still good. But then again, my Magic 8-Ball is still in the shop being fixed. :-)
