SATURDAY PHOTO
It was another day in real estate for myself. I took off early this morning to perform three Broker Price Opinions. My first BPO was located in a gated community as you can see in this picture. What am I to do? Well, I wait for another car to come to open the gate so I am able to take my pictures to complete my exterior BPO. Bam, I was inside the gated community in five minutes. It took me another five minutes to complete my pictures of subject property. Just another day in real estate.
