Active Rain in Action--My Post is Now the Subject of a Powerful Five Part Series on Axcess News.
This series is a great resource for agents who need to educate sellers who are in over their heads with their mortgages.
I subscribe to Elliott's blog and this series is great information to point would-be sellers to who are having loan modification issues, etc.
If you open up the Axcess News, the national news blog-site this morning, you will see a headline thereon (right in the middle of the first page) which describes Part I of a five part series on the deep-seeded problems of people behind on their mortgages, and the inability of the larger lending community to react to the plight of so many people who are victims of circumstances generally beyond their control.
I wrote a post about this subject last month, and I was gratified that so many people in our community reacted with outrage and a willingness to help. Brenda Huffman, a columnist at Axcess News, has done much more than react. She has acted by writing a comprehensive, and well-researched, story on the problem and the efforts of my clients, Susan and Bryan Ganz, of Scudder Bay Services of Waltham, Massachusetts. The first article can be found in today's edition, www.Axcessnews.com, and the other five will follow through the week.
This seminal series doe not appear without the force of ActiveRain. Brenda Huffman contacted me, because, she is a faithful member of ActiveRain. Other important people are reading our materials, as well. I firmly believe that we have the power to make a difference. Read Ms. Huffman's series. Bring it the the attention of your Senators and Representatives. Perhaps, one or more of these people will see the light. This affects all of us.
