Anyone else up right now? It's 4:25 in Boston and I cannot sleep. Perhaps it's the stuff I've got racing around in my head right now. I've been back from the Century 21 convention in Las Vegas for over a week now and I'm really excited about all the stuff I learned.
I've got new ways to prospect. New ways to advertise, New ways to get buyers, sellers, you name it! This is about the third time in the last month I've found myself wide awake in my bed at night not being able to sleep. Since I always seem to have a lot of stuff to do for work, I get up and see what I can get done. I just stuffed about 100 envelopes before I turned my computer on. Looking to write some craigslist ads and run some numbers on investment properties for a buyer I'm working with. Perhaps I'll eat something soon. Anyone else up and working???
