Cretin Buyers Do your buyers start getting grumpy when you can't find them the right home? - These two made sure I understood what their needs were before I took them on.  As you can see I specialize in handling "unique" buyers and always love a challenge. It took a while to get them settled into something comfortable but after the pre-buying interview I realized they were going to be no problem at all. I only showed 3 properties before writing up the waterfront gem they decided on. They were: a one room cabin complete with appliances and a couch on the porch, a manufactured home condominium complex (seen below) and a piece of land down under the bridge with an old van down by the river. Just thought you might like to know that you can still just offer Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry and please what may appear to be a pair of tough customers..
