There are a lot of things you can do to increase site traffic, but traffic doesn't always mean new business. One way to make sure your traffic turns into new business is enticing customer feedback.
Customer feedback forms or emails allow you to find out what your customers thing your doing right and what you might could do better.
- Inviting feedback creates customer interaction with your website and usually will get you information like name, email, and phone, which can be used later. (Information is Power)
- Feedback demonstrates to your clients that you care. If they know you care, they are more likely to do business with you.
- Ongoing customer surveys (quarterly or yearly) can bring old customers back or get that listing that didn't sell last year.
- Market research is costly, but customer feedback provides it for free.
- It puts your customers at ease. When you ask for feedback, they may not feel a sales pitch and may be MORE likely to do business with you.
If you don't have a web designer, you can do the same thing with "snail-mail" and it works.
Ask your customer's opinion!!!
