First Title presents...Louisiana River Control

As I sit watching the news and surfing the web about the Mississippi River flooding, opening or not opening spillways and such, I have found an interesting website.

I thought I would share it as it is simple but in depth information and history on the control of our rivers.  I learned quite a bit and am glad I read it.

Please keep South Louisianians in your thoughts and prayers, even if you are one who thinks South Louisiana should be abandoned as a place to live.  We live here because we love our culture and surroundings as you probably feel about where you live.
