There were 19 new residential real estate listings in April 2011.
15 Heath homes sold in April 2011, ranging in price from $45,000 to $269,900. and an average sale price of $123,403. The list to sale price ratio was 95%, this tells us that the sellers got 95% of their asking price. These homes spent an average of 94 days on the market/in the MLS, but that doesn't take into consideration if a property was relisted.
As of today there are 83 Heath Ohio homes for sale, ranging in price from 19,900 to 427,500 with an average list price of $172,335. and an average of 161 days on the market.
There are currently 24 homes under contract in Heath, which is an improvement over April.
