Today I had the opportunity to once again tour one of the new communities being built in Ashburn Virginia. Located in Loudon County, this new community offers both town homes and condominiums. The community is located near Goose Creek with easy access to the Dulles Greenway Toll Road.
The Stratton Town Homes that are available now are being offered at a starting price of $336,990 (They have recently raised their sales prices due to demand.) You can see why very quickly, with approximately 1,930 square feet this home is fantastic!
