In May Swansboro, Cedar Point & Cape Carteret had 24 homes for sale that closed in the subdivisions of Quailwood Village, Star Hill (2), Five Aprils Plantation, Marsh Harbour (5), Halls Creek, The Villages at Swansboro (2), Halls Creek North, Charleston Park, Silver Creek, Deer Run (2), Westwood, Hadnot Creek and five at unincorporated locations. The average sales price for the closed "homes for sale" in Swansboro, Cedar Point & Cape Carteret in May of 2011 was $219,815, the low was $118,250 and the high was $375,000.
