Maryland - Recording Fees Changing - July 1st, 2011

Effective July 1^st, any loan that closes July 1^st and after will now be $60.00 to record the deed and $60.00 to record the deed of trust.

Investment properties or second homes will be $60.00 to record the deed and $115.00 to record the deed of trust.

Subordinations will be $60.00 to record

This is effective in ALL counties.

Just wanted to give everyone the heads up so you can calculate the correct costs on the GFE.
