I was so excited to have an opportunity to visit this lovely Johnson County winery near Greenwood, Indiana (south of Indianapolis). Mallow Run is a beautifully scenic piece of land. RE/MAX Ability Plus' Principal Broker hosted our Staff Appreciation Party at Mallow Run last week. We all had the opportunity to do a wine tasting. We were able to try six wines and then the option to choose a glass of our favorite. I am partial to sweet wines, so I tasted several of the "sweeter" wines. I tried the Traminette, The Pink - in support of breast cancer awareness, The Cayuga, the Picnic White, and the Strawberry Wine. My favorite was the Traminette.
We had a delightful night on the deck sipping wine and visiting and eating a delicious spread catered by one of the classes at Ivy Tech, The food was a great surprise!
Another delightful surprise was coozies for your wine glass called Woozies! LOVE THEM! I got a set of four to share with my friend with animal prints. So fun. Aren't they darling?
