HELP FOR LARRY YUN - IF HE WANTS IT!

By
Real Estate Agent with Thomas Waite Real Estate Broker

NO MAN IS SO BLIND AS HE WHO REFUSES TO SEE!...goes the old adage.  It's attributed to nearly everyone, including Jesus.

It looks like its going to be a while, maybe 2014 or 2015 before this down cycle in real estate hits bottom. The REAL reason for this is LACK OF JOBS. One can offer anything in the world but if buyer's can't qualify due to lack of downpayment or lack of a job...well...

Here's some interesting help for Larry who needs to read the Tea Leaves for the N.A.R.

Has Housing Bottomed? Here's How to Tell a story by Charles Hugh Smith on his website "of two minds" He makes the case that the Housing Bottom will be reached when no one cares about stories like the one he just wrote.

AND...maybe Larry missed the story in the N.A.R. Online Magazine...

June Existing-Home Sales Slip on Contract Cancellations

I'm just sayin...LARRY...are you out there?  Here is the Data you need to do your job this next quarter.

I guess I'm just, "JONESIN" for a new Larry Yun video to watch.

I'm having trouble sleeping and, well...you know.

Tom,

You are so right jobs, jobs are what is needed; there is so much fear that we will be in another recession; yet the in Katy, Texas the confidence level is returning; I hope that the rest of the country will follow suit soon!

I think the new real estate market and the new unemployment figures are more in line with what would have happened if Wall Street and the big banks weren’t creating so much fake money, and jobs, back in the 1990s.

I am not one to predict such things. I don't tell buyers or sellers if it's going to get better or worse. I look at my local numbers and let them tell the story. If the news is encouraging, I share it. If the news is discouraging, I share it. People always have to move so homes are always selling. Isn't that what me want?
