Time to Get Your Green Chile!
My favorite story for this week is the report by KOB TV about the HATCH Green Chile. If you are not familiar with the New Mexican tradition, this is the time of the year when you purchase and stack up your freezer with green chile for the rest of the year. Hatch produces some of the best Chile and as we know there is a shortage so go on out and buy yours. I'll see you at Chile Tradition...Montgomery and Wyoming.

We absolutely love green chiles and we buy a large amount and store in the freezer so we can enjoy the taste later in the year. Nothing better for me than to add green chiles to a morning breakfast of eggs. I am getting hungry thinking about it.
