Toni: What a great photo which should entice anyone interesed in living in that area. Our son sold his home in Rockport TX that was on the canal last summer; we miss having the opportunity to go down there on weekends. It was a second home and they didn't use it enough. It sold right away and for the asking price.

July is typically a slower month here in Northern California. Lots of people go on vacation that month out of any other.... and you are right it is always an up and down roller coaster in the Real Estate Industry!
