Wells Fargo owned Hanapepe Heights home being refurbished prior to listing for sale.

My REO assignments have definitely slowed down as have everybody else’s on Kauai due to Act 48. I still have around 20 that are in my queue that are in premarketing or eviction. Wells Fargo (WF) wants to sell their REOs repaired so I am always looking for licensed contractors willing to do repairs. Unfortunately due to WF rules I can’t hire my husband M. Caspillo Construction. (a great contractor) So all others please apply.
