I can't give you what I don't have, so stop asking....

• I recently wrote another blog GAINESVILLE VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE/STAYING IN THE GAME and it talks about the importance of exercise if we want to be productive.

One of the comments I received was from Christopher Smith who said he oftentimes sacrifices time with family and friends so that he can work, but he also sacrifices time for himself, time to take care of himself.

  I commented back, and it just made me think that if we can keep in mind that we can't give what we don't have maybe we will take better care of ourselves.

HOW CAN I HELP SOMEONE TO APPRECIATE ALL THERE IS TO APPRECIATE IN VIRGINIA IF I DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO APPRECIATE THOSE THINGS MYSELF.

• I CANNOT GIVE WHAT I DO NOT HAVE.

 I LOVE TO LEARN.

I read the books, take the classes, listen to the wise and go to the seminars to stay positive and motivated. I know I have to be educated on the changes in the market, selling  forclosures and bank owned properties, how to market MY seller's homes so they stay out of foreclosure. I'll know all I can about how to buy a foreclosure or bank owned property if that is the market I'm in, or I'll learn how to handle 10 offers on the same property with escalation clauses included in every one, if thats the market I am in.  Whether I am working with a first time buyer or a seasoned investors I am committed to getting the knowledge I need so I can share it with my clients. I CAN'T GIVE WHAT I DON'T HAVE.. SO  I make sure I have it to give.

 TIME, HOWEVER...                .

THAT, I ONLY HAVE LIMITED AMOUNTS OF, AND I CAN'T GIVE YOU WHAT I DON'T HAVE

• WE ONLY HAVE SO MUCH TIME, SO USE IT WISELY.

I have to make time for God, my family, my friends, and myself.     I have finally learned that in order to give my clients the kind of service I know they want, and DESERVE, I have to make time for those things that bring me joy, peace of mind, and positive energy. The things that make me feel good about my life and the choices I make in my life.

  If I have KNOWLEDGE, PEACE OF MIND, JOY AND POSITIVE ENERGY MY CLIENTS ARE GOING TO REAP THE BENEFITS OF ALL OF IT.  I'LL GIVE ALL I HAVE....
