Today I read Gary Woltal's post "Pull up a chair and grab a cup of slow" and I could say, yes, I did grab a cup of slow. I took a ride up the New England coast to Cape Ann and stopped in Gloucester MA where I went down to the water and just listened to the waves. Waves sure have a calming effect and you can almost feel the stress melting away.
So, I brought the waves to you and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Jennifer -- This is such a coincidence. I was going through some pics and videos earlier that I took down at the Jersey shore in August and one was a similar video of the ocean -- a relaxing minute -- just like this! I could listen and look at that all day. Thanks!

Very nice. One good thing about real estate work....there are times when you can just sneek away and relax!
If I had a cup of slow I wouldn't get anything done! I only have 24 hours in each day! LOL
