Are You Ready For Some Football?
Well folks, what a weekend it's been here in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area!
The weekend began with me celebrating yet another birthday on Friday.
And, even though I would have enjoyed taking the day off, I was able to get one of my listings under contract, and one of my rentals rented.
The weekend continued with my little town of Apex, North Carolina hosting its First Annual Jazz Festival on Saturday.
I was able to spend it listening to some great local jazz bands and get together with some friends who I hadn't seen in a long time.
Sunday, after showing homes to some first time buyers in the morning, I finally got to settle down and do what I love doing: Play around with Photoshop and watch some football!
Being inspired by my New York Jets dominating performance, I found a tutorial that helped me create this vintage football card.
