Many consumers prefer electronic communication, plain and simple. To communicate information effectively to buyers and sellers, e-mail sometimes makes it difficult to "point" out information or what you need from them. Wouldn't it be nice to just drop an arrow on a screenshot and point it out.

You can also take a video screenshot which can come in handy if you would like to narrate as you go along with some programs.
My "ole faithful" program was MWSnap which you can download from CNet.com. Features include an onscreen ruler, desktop magnifier, window information tool bar, and a color picker. You can also modify the image and add a variety of frames and cursor shapes.
