Kwee - that's a Pileated woodpecker. Looks like a young one too. What a great shot. Here's one i took about 8 months ago in our back yard.

A great opportunity to catch a really cute bird! I had a duck living in my tree some time ago but my dog finally scared him off! I had never heard of a duck ina tree!
