Things to do in Cary by the Cary Concierge…Adult Dance: Jazz

The Cary Arts Center has been offering up dance classes for adults (16+) as well as their actual arts and crafts courses. For November, the classes are all about Jazz. You will learn the dance terminology, choreography, and techniques to dance in the style known as jazz. This helps builds your strength, coordination, flexibility, and your mental well-being. Aaron Edwards is going to instruct four classes, November 25th – December 19th from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm every Monday. Cost for the class is $29 for residents and $38 for non-residents. Sign up before all the spots are filled. What a great way to get some exercise in before the end of your day!
