Willow Creek Market Report Jan 1- June 30, 2011. First half of the year 2010 we seen only 2 properties closed with an average sales price of $226,950 and avg 124 days on market. Looking at the numbers for 2011 you would be concerned that the market had took a drastic plunge. With such a small number of homes in the equation, it's actually not as bad as it looks when you consider in 2010 one of the homes that sold had an in ground pool, 3 car garage, bonus room and yard with fire pit.
