How lucky am I to sell real estate in Fargo, ND!?! The Fargo Moorhead community is winning awards left and right…the real estate is still reasonably priced…and the people are the best of the best!
Fargo is recession-proof. The problems of foreclosed homes don’t exist in North Dakota. One in every 45,205 homes in ND are foreclosed. WOW! Our unemployment rate continues to stay under 4%. New companies move to our region every year. And our state budget is trying to figure out how to handle over a billion dollar surplus.
Selling real estate in Fargo is, well, fantastic.
