Want to buy a Home ? Meet me @ The "Ballagio"

Have you ever met, in one place at one time, literally thousands of people that want to list your home, put a Real Estate sign in your yard, tell you to throw away a lot of stuff and to keep a batch of cookies baking in the oven day and night. I have. Last year in New Orleans. These are the  kind of people that like nothing better than to put a complete stranger in the car (with all the kids) and drive them around town all weekend.

 This year many of those same people will be in Las Vegas for the 2007 Realtors Conference & Expo.  Berna and I go every year, whether we can afford to or not. It's our once a year chance to rub shoulders and exchange ideas with those people in our industry that are serious about improving and sharing their knowledge and to discover the new tools that help us serve you better.

We'll be gone a week, and with Berna scheduling, classes, speakers and seminars you can imagine our schedules are as tight as they can get. She's only left a little time to visit the over 700 Product and Service Exhibits. (I think she did that on purpose, Ive been known to buy stuff).

It's not all work though.  In the evening it's time to relax or play and since Las Vegas doesn't hold the mystery for us it used to we'll go to the events instead of the tables. I'm excited about hearing an inspirational message from Bill Cosby and one from Lou Holtz. Doris Kearns Goodwin will talk about the history of this great country, and scheduled entertainment includes James Taylor.

It's going to be a great week, and even though we'll be hundreds of miles away if you have a problem or question, don't hesitate to call.  Because of what we learned at last years conference, we can talk to you, fax to you, pull up property for you, do CMAs for you, actually do everything for you we could do for you if we were home, except maybe straighten our signs.  Maybe we'll learn that this year.

Thanks to all of you and to these annual conferences this has been a great year for us. Our best year ever. Heres hoping we learn something this year that will make us more valuable, and more deserving of your business next year.
