Sonoma Villero Condominiums - Market sales report for 2011... it has been a very slow year for sales in Sonoma Villero. Most of the sales came from distressted property - short sales and foreclosures (REO's). There were a total of "TWO" sales that were not distressed, both were had their homes from the begining (original homeowners).
