Yesterday, as I was taking a driving around Snellville I noticed something very interesting. What was it you ask? What I noticed was that subdivisions which were once sitting dormant with no activity were once again showing signs of life. Builders are building again, no longer are the vacant lots sitting with tall bushes. Here are some pictures I took while I was out.
At Tuscan Ridge I noticed that there was a new foundation poured for a basement lot, I noticed several lots with under contract signs, a few lots with available signs and even construction workers working.
Lately we’ve all heard the good reports from the media about housing and employment and some think it’s all just fluff, but for me when I see the new construction that’s a sign that something positive is happening.
The market is changing and prices will begin to increase, so if you are planning to buy a home, I hope you realize you don’t have time to wait anymore.
These pictures where take at Tuscan Ridge in Snellville where pre-sale home prices start at $189,990.
