Hello Anita,

Only three new foreclosures in Kathleen, not too bad. I saw last night on the news in Florida there were a total of 24,000 foreclosures last month alone.

Ouch indeed. Why is it Florida has always been the last state to get with the housing trends?

Cathy...straight info on the foreclosures and graphs on the regular market reports seems to work best in my market.

Carol Ann...it is one of the most asked questions.  Everyone wants a deal.
