OK, so you are looking for that one-of-a-kind LOFT in an old Brick building that has a story to tell. You want concrete floors and a living room big enough to play basketball in. You've already done your research and you have found that when it comes to an Atlanta, authentic, LOFT space there just isn't that much to choose from. All the really cool LOFTS have price tags that have caused you to go into cardiac arrest. Well guess what there is a new solution that is about to hit the market!
This isn't your "soft" Loft or new construction condo that calls itself a "LOFT". This is the real deal. Raw, Brick, concrete, wood beams, old windows and 15 foot ceilings are just the beginning. The Troy Peerless Lofts are located on Glenn Iris Dr. directly in front of the Glenn Iris Lofts. And the best part is (drum roll please) they are actually affordable!!
This building is unlike any other authentic LOFT conversion you will find in Atlanta. The Troy Peerless building was origninally built back in 1927 and functioned as a commercial laundry. It is currently being developed by Jerry Miller of Fabric Developers who was also the co-founder of Miller Gallman Development with Bruce Gallman back in 1995.
Troy Peerless is made up of 35 completely unique LOFT spaces. There isn't a single floor-plan that is the same. The building has been expanded over the years so you will find a variety of different color brick, cinder block, glass and concrete which creates a very eclectic mix of raw urban design. The exterior is four sided brick with art deco accents. Jerry Miller plans on incorporating Modern European kitchens and bathrooms that will be a bold contrast from the old rustic building. The Sales model is expected to be finished by December 2007 and individual closings will start in February 2008. If these LOFTS are what you have been looking for don't delay! Reservations are already being taken. Contact Vanessa Reilly to claim your space before they are all gone (and trust me they will be gone fast).
