The inventory of Condos for sale in Reston was about 190 homes active on the market as of the 15th of November 2007 with new contracts running at about 24 a month.  Consequently, the absorption rate for these homes is about 8 months on the market.  Condos appear to be selling off at a considerably slower absorbtion rate than Townhomes and Singles in the Reston area.
