During the month of October 2007 there were four newly marketed properties in Sandyston Twp. NJ with an average asking price of $348,183.00.

One property was reported as under contract with an asking price of $285,000.00 this property had been on the market for 155 days.

Two properties were reported as Sold one for $124,900.00 a fixer upper and one for $335,000.00 a ranch style home built in the 50's these properties were on the market for an average of 129 days.

Sandyston Township, is near Interstate 80 which makes for easy commuting to NYC and nearby Picatinny Arsenal. Great area to raise kids and animals with its wide open spaces. Excellent choice for first time buyers or investors.

these are not expensive homes these are on the cheaper side. In thew 120's sq ft is more than likely about 900-1100 and the 300's are around 2800-3500 sq.
