By the way, I see that you have not included this home in any of the Active Rain Groups. I also check on several of your other posts, and see that you have not included them in any of the AR Groups, either.

Great advice about the groups! The house is under 5 years old. And yes there are communities that have the early 1900's feel to them. I love the curb appeal :)
