Why Is It So Difficult To Find A Phoenix Home Right Now?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Summit Home Consultants

If you’re looking for the perfect Phoenix area home – and you’re having trouble finding it – you’re not alone. Many people in the market for a previously owned Phoenix home call me wondering why the pickings seem so slim, given the fact that Maricopa County sports a population of nearly 4 million people.

Maricopa County is a fairly populated area – 3,954,958 – but so are the major communities in the county:

  • Phoenix (1,445,632)
  • Mesa (439,041)
  • Chandler (236,123)
  • Glendale ((226,721)
  • Scottsdale (217,386)

As Phoenix Short Sale Agents, it really shows that you know your local market very well, Bob. For someone who can deliver good results, this knowledge and familiarity plays very important parts in closing short sales and representing clients. Keep it up, Bob. Thanks for sharing.

Great post from phoenix short sale agents, Bob Hertzog. I agree with Katerina, knowing your local market well is really very important. Clients would prefer to have an agent who knows the local market compared to the other one. You could even explain the INS & OUTS of the short sale process coming from your area's standpoint. Thanks for sharing, Bob. Keep up the good work.
