In summary - Listings and Sales were down in both counties, with the exception of Multi Family Sold in Broward, sales were up quite a bit. Single Family Sold in Palm Beach was up a bit as well as the Listings for Multi - Family Homes.  On a personal note, our business has increased dramatically.  We have average over a million in sales for January and February, whereas the same time period last year was just a couple of Hundred thousand in sales.
